You move through the document by either scrolling through the text or advancing the audio playback at the top of the screen. Make sure you save often as there is no autosave. Because of this, I recommend downloading the document and editing it in your favorite Office app instead.
GoTranscript doesn’t offer a collaborative team space, but you do get sharing options. For example, you can generate multiple web links to embed or share your finished document. If a collaborative workspace is important to your team, Rev might be a better choice. The sharing features are straightforward and easy to use.
