Real estate development giant Panna Living Group has announced its name change to U Charoen Estate in an effort to deepen its penetration into the competitive real estate market of Bangkok

Dr. Chanathanop Rungrojtanakul, Chief Executive of Panna Living Co, Ltd, who heads the U Charoen Estate management team, says that by merging with the Panna Living group, the Rungrojtanakuls will start a renewed marketing foray into Thailand’s lucrative real estate market, creating the new one “U Charoen Estate” brand.

The new brand builds on 40 years of experience in building high-quality and trustworthy houses in sought-after locations. Coupled with this extensive experience, the company has its own vision and mission that places great emphasis on an environmentally friendly life that meets the needs of today’s consumers.
