Montana adds 1,427 cases, two new deaths
As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 310,731 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana’s COVID-19 case tracking map shows 1,281 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,595 active cases in the state.
According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,554,238 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered and 575,365 Montanans are fully immunized.
In Missoula, 215,404 doses were administered and 78,304 people were fully immunized. 64% of Missoula’s eligible population is fully vaccinated, which is the highest in the state. The current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department can be found right here.
According to state health officials, the death toll related to COVID-19 rose from 3,518 on September 23, 2022 to 3,520 on September 30, 2022.
