MMA: ONE Championship and Fairtex Fight Promotion have announced a long-term partnership to host three Muay Thai tournaments starting August 6th.

Twenty-four male and female Muay Thai fighters in three weight divisions will compete for a spot on the ONE Championship roster at the Fairtex Fight Road To One Thailand tournaments, the reports Bangkok Post.
The winner of each division will also receive a $100,000 (3.6 million baht) ONE Championship contract, organizers said at a news conference last week.
The Fairtex Fight Road To One Thailand will be broadcast from the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok and broadcast live on Channel 7HD with the support of Tero Entertainment.
The Quarterfinals for each of the three Fairtex Fight Road To ONE Thailand tournaments are as follows:
Women’s Atomweight Quarterfinals: Pancake Kiatthongyot vs. Kamlaipetch Por Phloenchit; Nongaam Fairtex vs. Lommanee The Legend Arena; Celest Phuket Singha MuayThai (Australia) vs. Phetsinin Sor Phuangthong; and Thai Ngan Le (USA) against Duangdaonoi Looksaikongdin.
Men’s Flyweight Quarterfinals: Starboy Petchkiatphet vs. PhetSimok PK Saenchai; SonRak Sit PorJorWor (Myanmar) vs. Tiw Fairtex; Dedduanglek Tedet99 vs. Tapaothong Singha Mawynn; Thai Sor Jor Piek Uthai vs. Moradokpetch Petchyindee.
Men’s Featherweight Quarterfinals: Talaythong Sor Thanaphet vs. Yodphupha Tor Yotha; Kwangtung Realfighter vs. YodIQ PK Saenchai; Avatar Tor Morsi vs Wanchalerm Nuanthong Snooker; Wong Fei Hong (China) vs. Kannorasingh DNA Thailand.
Among those attending the Fairtex Fight Road To ONE Thailand press conference were ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong and Fairtex Promoter Prem Busarabavonwongs.
Many of ONE Championship’s Muay Thai stars were also in attendance including ONE Kickboxing World Featherweight Champion, Superbon Singha Mawynn, former ONE World Champion in two sports, Stamp Fairtex, ONE Muay Thai World Champion ONE Women’s Strawweight, Smilla Sundell, Saemapetch Fairtex, Tawanchai PK Saenchai and Prajanchai PK Saenchai.
