Thailand’s wellness economy grew an impressive 29% between 2017 and 2019, according to GWI data. For context, GWI researchers say the total global wellness economy grew from $4.3 trillion in 2017 to $4.9 trillion in 2019, or 6.6%, significantly outpacing global economic growth ( 4%).
